These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Nesronix Software Engineering ("Nesronix", "we", "our") and the enterprise entity or business ("Customer", "you") accessing or utilizing the Nesronix Meta Tech Provider Suite and related WhatsApp Business Platform integration tools.
By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through our Embedded Signup onboarding flow, you agree to comply with these Terms, Meta’s Commercial Terms, Meta Business Terms, and WhatsApp Business Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not initiate the connection.
Nesronix operates as a certified Technical Solution Provider facilitating the programmatic integration between your verified Meta WhatsApp Business Account and your authorized CRM, customer service, or automation platform. Our role is strictly technical enablement, protocol routing, and secure API transport.
You agree that your WhatsApp messaging activity will strictly comply with WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy and Business Policy. Specifically, you agree NOT to utilize our gateway for:
You retain full ownership, administrative control, and liability for your WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, and messaging content. Nesronix does not claim any intellectual property rights over your customer communications or business templates.
Nesronix provides its technical gateway on high-availability cloud infrastructure with a targeted 99.9% uptime. However, service delivery is inherently contingent upon Meta Platforms’ Graph API and WhatsApp Cloud infrastructure uptime. Nesronix shall not be liable for upstream service interruptions or policy enforcement actions undertaken directly by Meta.
Either party may terminate the integration at any time without penalty. You can disconnect Nesronix immediately via your Meta Business Manager. Upon termination, all API permissions are revoked, and stored access credentials are automatically destroyed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nesronix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the WhatsApp Business Platform or resulting from third-party enforcement actions taken by Meta.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing commercial software contracts in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
