At Nesronix (hereinafter referred to as "Nesronix", "we", "us", or "our"), we provide enterprise-grade software architecture, AI automation, and omnichannel integration solutions. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and protection of information when businesses utilize the Nesronix Meta Tech Provider Suite and our WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding tools.

1. Information We Collect and Process

When you onboard your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) through the Nesronix Embedded Signup Gateway, we process the following categories of data:

• Business Profile Information: Business display name, verified Facebook Business Manager ID, official WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID), and registered phone number IDs.
• Authentication & Tokens: Encrypted System User Access Tokens generated by Meta during the official OAuth handshake to facilitate authorized message dispatch.
• Communication Metadata: Timestamps, delivery receipts (sent, delivered, read), and routing identifiers required to fulfill customer support ticketing and CRM synchronization.
• Technical Telemetry: IP addresses and API request headers used exclusively for security audits, DDoS prevention, and rate-limiting enforcement.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Nesronix processes this data solely for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To provision and manage authorized connections between Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API and your enterprise CRM or helpdesk.
• To transmit outbound notifications, template messages, and conversational responses initiated by your authorized staff or automated systems.
• To verify webhook delivery integrity and prevent unauthorized third-party access.
• To comply with statutory legal obligations and Meta’s technical guidelines.

3. End-to-End Encryption & Message Confidentiality

We respect the fundamental privacy of messaging. All communication routed through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API adheres to enterprise transport layer security (TLS 1.3). Nesronix does not permanently store the content of private conversations beyond the immediate transient routing required by your active business CRM session.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share your confidential business data with any third parties except:

• Meta Platforms, Inc.: As the underlying telecommunications and platform infrastructure provider for WhatsApp.
• Authorized Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure hosting environments (such as Vercel and AWS) operating under ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II security certifications.
• Legal Authorities: Solely when formally compelled by mandatory court order or applicable governing law.

5. Data Retention & Revocation

You retain absolute sovereignty over your WhatsApp Business Account at all times. You may disconnect Nesronix as your Tech Provider at any moment directly from your Meta Business Manager console or by utilizing our automated Data Deletion Callback tool. Upon disconnection, all cached access tokens are cryptographically purged within 24 hours.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

7. Security Safeguards

Nesronix implements zero-trust cryptographic safeguards, including AES-256 encryption at rest, HTTPS-enforced transit, token hashing, and strict role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure that only authorized personnel manage platform operations.
